What does Grophi do?
Grophi is a specialist IT recruitment company. We run two practices — Core IT & Engineering (data, DevOps, cloud, AI/ML and core development) and Go-To-Market & Sales for technology businesses — and we build Grophi Engine, a submission-centric recruitment application used by our own recruiters and by independent recruiting partners.

How does a mandate start?
A senior recruiter takes the brief with you — scope, stack or sales motion, level, budget band and the shortlist bar. Work begins under a standard NDA; commercial paperwork is completed at the offer stage rather than before the search.
How is AI used in your process?
AI supplies velocity: rubric building against the brief, structured screening, gap analysis and administration. Human recruiters own technical judgment and sign off on every profile before it is submitted. No candidate is submitted on a machine decision alone.
What commercial models do you work under?
Standard market structures — contingency, retained and contractual engagements — chosen to fit the mandate.
Can independent recruiters and agencies use Grophi Engine?
Yes. Grophi Engine gives recruiting agencies and freelance recruiters an account-scoped private workspace with per-candidate screening kits, team distribution, share links and exportable submission trackers.
